Chart rates are for 7 nights.
CURRENCY: Rates are Euros. We accept payments in AUD, GBP or USD converted at midrate on the day of booking as per www.xe.com .
Payments can be made by bank transfer, Paypal or via WISE.
SHORTER STAYS: 5 night stays from Sunday to Friday are 70% of our week rate.
For other stays from 1 to 6 nights please enquire for a rate.
Availability at short notice is often limited during the summer season from mid-April to mid-October.
LONGER STAYS BECOME PROGRESSIVELY CHEAPER:
WEEK 2: Save 10% on nights in the second week. Stay a full 2 weeks and save 5% overall.
WEEK 3: Save 20% on nights in the third week. Your 3 weeks saves 10% overall.
WEEK 4: Save 30% on nights in the fourth week. Your 4 weeks saves 15% overall.
WEEKS 5-10: Save 40% on nights in the fifth week and beyond.
Stay 5 weeks to save 20% overall.
Stay 10 weeks to save 30% overall.
Beyond 10 weeks, a flat 30% discount applies.
EXTRA LONG STAYS: We can discuss special rates for 3+ month stays.
NOTE: If a stay overlaps periods with different rates, we will quote a total based pro-rata on the week rates. Then we will apply any long-stay discounts.
INCLUDED: Final cleaning, all linen (fresh set for every week), electricity, heating and wifi.
EXTRAS: Laundry is self service in the cellar, 5 Euro per wash and dry.

* MOSEL BALCONY FOR 4 PERSONS USING BOTH BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS: Add 100 Euros to the weekly rate. Extra persons (above 4) remain 5 Euro per night.
DEPOSITS: We ask for a 20% deposit to confirm a booking. Deposits are fully transferable to another set of dates or half refundable in the event of cancellation.
BALANCE PAYMENTS: Are due 30 days prior to arrival. If cancelled in the last 30 days, a 50% fee of the total booking is charged.

Book 5 nights Sun-Fri for 70% of our weekly rate.
After the first 5 night week, subsequent Sun-Fri 5 night blocks are only 50% of our weekly rate.
This is our best deal for guests from afar who'd like the best of both worlds, a fab base - and a few days to go travelling each weekend!
Book 10 nights over 2 weeks starting Sunday with the weekend away for 120% of the 7 night rate.
Book 15 nights over 3 weeks for 170% of the 7 night rate.
Or book 20 nights over 4 weeks for 220% of the 7 night rate .
Store your luggage (and non-fridge foods), have Fri and Sat nights away travelling lightly - and come back to a freshly clean apartment.
You'll have 4 full days (5 nights) each week to enjoy Zell and the region - and 3 days (2 nights) to go travelling.
Weekends are an excellent time to travel and visit cities. The deal is also an excellent match with weekend car hire specials.
There are no extra cleaning charges.
For longer stays on this formula, simply add 50% of the weekly rate for each extra Sun-Fri 5 night period.
